"Ok location. Hoped the lazy river had tubes but didn't see any. When we arrived to the room, door wasnt locked. We found a bed sheet in the kitchen and bed not done. They sent the cleaning lady. She used her key to come in without knocking & on her phone. She was rushing and dropped the pillows on the floor. Not the best intro to the location. Wish they had a restaurant or Cafe"

"The staff from front desk to cleaning were unbelievably helpful and polite. The hotel has been totally remodeled inside and oiut and is very nice. There are 5 restaurants around the hotel within 50 fe-100 feet with very goood, different food options. Definitely recommend for family or couples "

"This is our second time staying at the Hilton Head Omni Resort, we love it! So much to do for the whole family. The rooms are clean and spacious and the pool is wonderful. Easy access to the beach and easy parking!"

"The property was nice. Transportation into town was difficult due to the distance. It took over 30 minutes to get an uber or cab. The price was high for the nightly rate and the rooms at the Boardwalk could use a little refreshing. The staff was nice, however I have had better service at resorts that cost the same price. Lastly, the resort does not offer a shuttle service around the property. I found this odd… I had to walk from the main check in area (different building) with my luggage...

"The property exceeded my expectations. There were a few issues but the staff was speedy in remedying the matters and checked in to make sure everything was ok after being resolved. The groundmens and staff are very pleasant and my family and I are so grateful. During our stay we shared our great experience with friends and family and they are now wanting to book.
