Coastal South Carolina Beach Hotel

"The staff from front desk to cleaning were unbelievably helpful and polite. The hotel has been totally remodeled inside and oiut and is very nice. There are 5 restaurants around the hotel within 50 fe-100 feet with very goood, different food options. Definitely recommend for family or couples "

"This is our second time staying at the Hilton Head Omni Resort, we love it! So much to do for the whole family. The rooms are clean and spacious and the pool is wonderful. Easy access to the beach and easy parking!"

"The property was nice. Transportation into town was difficult due to the distance. It took over 30 minutes to get an uber or cab. The price was high for the nightly rate and the rooms at the Boardwalk could use a little refreshing. The staff was nice, however I have had better service at resorts that cost the same price. Lastly, the resort does not offer a shuttle service around the property. I found this odd… I had to walk from the main check in area (different building) with my luggage...

"This was a great stay. I would just love for them to upgrade the beds and decor. Overall very clean and well take care older hotel right on the beach. Staff was amazing! "

"The only complaint is we arrived at property at check in time and had to wait another 30 mins before getting our room because it wasn’t ready. Otherwise no complaints room is as show and ocean view was great."

"Great customer service, the property is clean, and the resort is in a safe environment. The only reason why I don’t give a 5 star review is because the check-in is at 7pm and the check-out is at 11am. That’s not enough time to enjoy the hotel hospitality and amenities. Other than that complain, I had a great time. I just wish was able to stay a little longer in the room. "
