Como Family Hotel

"We came for a wedding and struggled to find an affordable hotel nearby, so this place was ideal! Mauro was very communicative and helped us check in smoothly. The place itself has so much character, and they left us little snacks, coffee and even sparkling wine! Super kind and thoughtful. There was also an iron and ironing board so I could get ready for the wedding. And the location is very close to the ferry dock so you can hop on and be in Como within 15 minutes. And you get to enjoy the boat...

"Beautiful property in Como. Owners were very nice and left us some breakfast cakes which was very thoughtful. There were 6 of us and were all very comfortable. The balcony is huge on this apartment and there is a rooftop area as well."

"I believe I was in the annex room, so its probably a bit different than the other rooms. My room was large and tastefully accessorized. The property is in a great location. Super friendly staff completes the picture. My only recommendation is to upgrade electrical outlets with USB ports for charging travelers electronics. "

"We have really enjoyed our stay. Great staff and a lovely breakdast. The room had everyhing we needed. Just unfortante that we heard a bottle bank veing emptied at 6:15 on a Tuesday morning. We had a city view which is basically a wall. But given we didnt spend much time in the room (awake) it didn’t really matter. Location wise, in Como, there isn’t anywhere better."

"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"The property is well managed and clean. The area is noisy (church bells, people walking- it is a central region). Bedroom is great, the only downside is poor sound insulation between bedrooms. "
