"The hotel is very nice"

"The staff and lobby were very inviting. We were able to get drinks and pizza when we arrived. The facility was clean and tidy. The staff called a taxi for us to get to the airport - fairy cheap. Three things that were negatives for us but could be fixed if staying for more than one night: 1) the bed only had a top sheet on it and which moved a lot while sleeping. At times I was sleeping on the mattress itself. 2) The mattress was not very comfortable but did the job for just a few hours of...

"I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very nicely organized and homey. The room included little snacks which is lovely. The breakfast is very good and includes options for vegans. It is also well located, close to a metro stop and a short walk to shopping. The best part of the hotel is the welcoming staff. This is a great spot for a short visit or a long visit. I would have liked to stay longer. Thank you!"

"Very quiet, spacious rooms with a soothing rainfall shower in the bathroom. Very secure building. Staff friendly and helpful. We were able to drop our luggage off prior to check-in, which saved lugging it around Milan. Within a short walk to the Duomo and the Metro system. Highly recommend this property "

"The place is perfect if you want to be in the city center. You can get almost anywhere from here. The metro is a very short walk, cabs on the corners and Uber. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place. There is a restaurant in the courtyard and high end shopping all around it. The hallways to the rooms are narrow but the balcony was great. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. "

"The hotel was very clean, we were greeted by very friendly staff, and it was in a good location in town. The only surprising thing for us was that our double room did not have an ensuite, but we did have a private bathroom that was on the same floor. And it was a fabulous bathroom. it wasn’t a problem but we just didn’t realise this. A breakfast was included which was simple but nice. A 10 minute walk from the railway station. "

"Wonderful hotel with a walk-in shower and lots of space with views of the main square. The only negative is the bed mattress does not use springs, so it is hard on your back."

"The best thing in the village is 3 pools. No free wifi - if you want to use it you need to pay approx 15 eur/ day. They charge you a fee to get the bed sheets too. "

"Don't espect other than a room, nothing else than a rooms for me this is not a hotel more as a motel even deficult to locate hotel for first arrival entry. Rooms as you saw in the photos location is very good but hotel in a building that shared in the third floor it's like an apartment divided to rooms. "

"Couldn't be in a better spot to tour both the Alta and Bassa, beautiful location, we arrived on Saturday and although the area was super busy with people having a good time, when we got into the room and shut the windows it was really quiet! Room was lovely, nespresso was a bonus too! Few minutes was from all the shops, restaurants and cafe’s are a stones throw away. "

"This property was gorgeous. The views are amazing. The staff was very nice. They have a restaurant overlooking Lake Como that is spectacular. Dinner, wine and breakfast were lovely. They stayed in contact with me via messages and answered all questions. I will absolutely return to this hotel my next trip to Brunate. "
