「3 nuits dans une jolie chambre « Varenna » très joliment aménagé, chambre très propre avec tout le nécessaire, le coin café et petit déjeuner et très appréciable . Le personnel et accueillant, gentil et serviable. Malheureusement la pluie a fait entièrement partie de notre séjour et l’expérience de l’hôtel bien remonter le moral. 「This a wonderful location! Really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the housekeeper gentleman. We just our last morning no hot water to shower, sent a message which was read right away (WhatsApp) but not responded to until check out time. Check in was a little tricky but they were helpful to get us in. Maybe it was having no WiFi and the jet jag…one suggestion would be a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying to go up a “half floor” to the office for check in....
