"My son saw a big cockroach in the toilet at the lobby. No assistance provided for carrying luggage into the room despite being a five star hotel. The welcome drink and dessert was mediocre - turned out to be juice made from syrup and two types of cakes which tasted full of artificial flavouring. Staff at the breakfast venue provided great service although the food selection was limited. "
