"Great location for a family event!"

"Was in town for daughters wedding, needed a place to accommodate various families and members and this was perfect! All units were well appointed, clean, gave everyone their own space but still close to each other. Location was great too, with walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Derrick and management company was very attentive and communicated well. Looking forward to staying there again as a home base to explore the area further with space to relax after!"

"We had such a wonderful time at this property. Kids loved the pool, miniature golf and especially the playground. We looked forward to our walks in the morning and at Sunset. So gorgeous. I already miss it. Look forward to staying again. House had dvds and was immaculate and I’m very picky. Thank you for sharing such a magical place."

"Beds were so comfortable (1 queen & 1 king). The black out shades on every window and door make it so wonderful for sleeping in. There are no stairs inside of this unit so there’s less worry when the kids were playing inside. Theres 2 pull out couch beds and plenty of room for everyone. This unit is our favorite we’ve stayed in at SeaScape & we’ve been coming every summer for years."

"Perfect in every way. Location: a few block walk to Twin Lakes beach. House had it all…very clean, all amenities, hot tub, kitchen fully equipped, bathroom toiletries, etc. Attentive host. Highly recommend"

"Wonderful house! We had a great time in this beautiful place , which is spacious with gorgeous views. It looks new and very clean. They have a huge deck and large parking area for many cars that enables it better for big gatherings or events . There are more bedrooms ,extra space with sofas , user friendly office as well as playroom, also not far from downtown. We all enjoyed our stay and Teddy is the best host being very friendly and responsible. He gave us flexible checking in and out time...

"The Seacrest vacation home is beautiful. Walking distance from the beach, wharf, shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk. The home itself is perfect for friend groups, especially since four bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. The kitchen is huge with great space for cooking, gathering together over food etc. My friends and I would definitely book again, as we had a wonderful weekend at Seacrest."

"We have stayed in rentals at Seascape several times now, and this has been my favorite. I really love the first floor location. Patios on the grass are perfect for playing games or enjoying the sunshine, and it is just a quick walk to the beach. This rental is clean and accommodated. The layout is also somewhat unique, in that it has an additional den area. Great for families."

"By far this was my best stay and I have traveled a lot and stayed at many locations. The Villa was magnificent. The Suite is large and spacious with a beautiful view. It is incredibly quiet and private. The gardens are magnificent. I loved the fact that I could park my car in a gated driveway and not have to worry about it. The hosts are gracious and helpful. The internet was super fast. I will be back."

The unit’s location is great for our young kids - easy access to the back lawn and close proximity to the local park/playground. "We had an excellent time at the Ranch Almaden the video you see on YouTube does not do it justice. We had about 30 people attend our 10 year wedding anniversary and all of my guests felt they were at a far away luxury destination. We used the pool and Spa and all was great, we will be reserving this location again."

"It was easy to rent and reasonably priced. Noisy at night for the couple who took the hide a bed in the living room because we guess storage for events are right underneath our unit and it kept them up for many hours late at night."

"The views were absolutely as advertised. Very nice place in a quiet complex. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with a short walk down to the beach. The Nespresso machine came stocked with tons of pods and added to the luxury feel. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we’re out that way. Thank you Nicole!"

"The view was beautiful and the space itself is quiet with a nice layout. It was so much better than staying at a hotel, and if you are hoping to see one of those cool (not so) little banana slugs, they are around here. We saw at least a half dozen large ones with even more babies. The location is also perfect, with stores and restaurants nearby, 40 minutes from San Jose airport, 20 minutes from Santa Cruz boardwalk and 5 minutes from Roaring Camp and Henry Cowell state park. "Amazing front porch with beautiful views. Feels far from everything, but actually quite east accsss to amenities. The house was lovely, and the rooms were cozy. The mattress protector made it sound like you were sleeping on a tarp but the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed, bathroom had nice plastic free hair care options and soap. Would have loved some good coffee and or tea on site, its not pratical to buy a box/bag for a couple of nights. Thank you for the perfect getaway."
