"I have been coming to SGI since 2000. Have stayed at numerous homes all different sizes. My brother and myself and my sister-in-law went down to help a friend whose had just passed away with some loose ends.Totally enjoyed the property and the location is great. Also had a pretty good storm come through while we were there and I called the homeowner the next day to tell them about some damage. "I was gouged. This place is WAY overpriced. The shower didn't work. A plug in the living room area was blown out and didn't work. Ceiling damage above the top bunk. My daughter accidentally touched the ceiling and got covered in material coming off ceiling onto the bed. Water damage and mold near the tub. Cardboard under the top bunk. Needs updating. Paper thin ceiling and didn't get any sleep as the people above were awake night and day. If I had paid the price of a low end place I would feel...
