「Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars...

「Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. 」

「Grosses, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Balkon. Umfangreiches Buffet zu allen Mahlzeiten. Der Speisesaal war etwas kühl eingerichtet. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Fitnessraum ist etwas trist und lädt nicht zur Nutzung ein. Die Poolbereiche sind gross und die Anzahl an Liegen ausreichend.」

「Lovely well maintained grounds, large recently refurbished rooms with comfy beds, good range of AI branded drinks, buffet meals are freshly made with a very wide range of options and the free (pre-booked) Grill restaurant is well worth a visit. The main pool area gets busy and is quite noisy with music but the second pool area nesr the Grill restaurant is much more sedate and less crowded and you can also use sunbeds under the nearby trees. All in all a really nice 4 night AI break and we would...

「Our first impression was of Jose who checked us in fill us in on all the information we needed about the hotel and the surrounding area and from that moment on all the staff At the hotel were extremely nice and helpful made us feel very comfortable We loved staying at this hotel and don't think we would stay anywhere else when we come back to Abufeira 」

「Superbe hotel avec vue magnifique. Le Personnel est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Il y a beaucoup de diversité dans les choix. Petit bémol, sur le diner ou 30 euros (hors boisson) est très cher au vu du repas ou du buffet proposé (peu de choix, pizzas vraiment light etc) Cela contraste énormément avec le petit déjeuner 」

「Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit...
