Everyone was so hospitable and Rowenda the rooms attendant made sure we had everything we needed for our room each day. It has great restaurants, stores, pool, location, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Alohilani Resort. "

"My wife and I stayed 7 days and it was a great experience. Top notch staff. Accommodations were nothing fancy but who goes to Hawaii to stay in their room. Everything was clean and felt safe. The property was beautiful with breathtaking views of the water and mountains. Just prepare yourself that if you stay in Hilo it will rain a lot, but rain typically passes quickly. At least that was our experience."

"Your staff is phenomenal and with aloha. Even though there was a leak in our ceiling o to our bed, you staff at the front desk changed our room and Maintenance responded quickly. We were advised that the owner will eventually remodel. We were given vouchers at check-in which was an awesome snack pack. Mahalo’s "
