「We sought to stay in the historic center of Turin and Be Mate was perfect. It was quiet and only a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Transit was right out the front door and the train stations were both walkable - only about ten minutes to Porto Nuova; 20 to Porto Susa. The apartment was clean and clearly professionally managed. 「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「This place is near the heart of Bolzano. Modern, clean, bright and well appointed. My wife and I stayed here and greatly enjoyed our time. Close to restaurants and attractions. Staff were helpful. Room is large and functional. Extremely modern controls. Our room had stunning view of the mountains. There’s also a fantastic gym with new equipment. We definitely stay here again.」

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

「The property is in the old building but completely renovated. The office/reception is a bit sketchy but staff very polite and helpful. Apartment was spacious, clean, close to good restaurants and coffee shops.」
