“Here’s the deal, I think things are either 1 star or 5 star. I don’t think the stay deserved a 1 star, but it’s a huge stretch for a 5 star. The place definitely is nice for the price and you can tell people who have stayed have been rough on it. The communication with the property manager was good, they are quick to respond. Here’s the issue, they don’t have water continuously running, it needs to get pumped in, so for our 2.5 day stay, we ran out of water 3 times and needed them to pump water……

“This was the highlight of our trip! The house is absolutely amazing and the view is breathtaking. We were in awe the entire time. The staff went above and beyond our entire stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. If you want to look at the most amazing view, stay in a spectacular house, be waited on, cleaned up after and cooked for this is your place! The food was amazing for every meal. Best memories to be made!”

“The villa is amazing and we had an overall good experience.The spa bath is still not in a working condition and was never communicated to us.The property is beautiful but not well kept,with dodgy electricity cables in the wardrobes,no usable outside barbeque.Poor communication from the property manager,did not reply to our emails apart from check out details.No clear instructions re garbage etc.If you do not plan to rent a car this property might not be the right choice.We did enjoy our stay and……

“Our stay of 4D3N was rather short indeed. We loved the villa very much, especially the Bell app was user-friendly and convenient. In-villa dining and other requests were quickly served. Variety of breakfast were appreciated and really tasty. Additional beach chairs should be considered in villa. Look forward for next stay.”

“The villa is nice clean and spacious especially for two ppl. However the location description was misleading I thought everything would've been A short walk until I realized how for up in the mountain it is the roads aren't fixed properly it was hard for cabs to get there some nights we couldn't get cabs I literally missed my bday dinner because I was unable to get a cab for a destination that was 8 mins away. I didn't like the random ppl working on the villa walking around I wanted privacy.……

“Das Appartment ist gross und modern, es hat einen grosszügigen und schönen Wohnraum mit offener Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit angeschlossener Dusche/WC, zusätzlich gibt es eine 3. Toilette. Insgesamt 3 grosse TV (brauche ich im Urlaub zwar nicht...), Aussenanlage mit viel "Grün" und mit eigenem pool. Über dem Appartment befindet sich eine weitere Wohnung, die nicht immer vermietet ist und von der auch praktisch keine Sicht auf den pool möglich ist, deshalb ist die Privat-Sphäre weitgehend……

“The villa is spacious for a large group of people, it has a separate dinning area, a big living room, common area and 6 bedrooms. However, the pool is comparatively small and not for swimming. The service from the staff is excellent and the chef cook very delicious Thai food. Only thing need to improve is the cleanliness of the villa. ”

“Apt was in the middle of no where Apt had seen better days,wasn't very clean, we didnt even unpack are suitcase went on line and booked a different hotel and left straight away.”

“Not where it supposed to be on the map, so make sure to check before going there. Otherwise it’s a nice villa between patong and kamala beach ”

“1. 度假屋內所有用品及地方不清潔，有漬 2. 在淋浴期間，廁所燈突然燒了 3. 其中一間廁所，沒有熱水洗澡 4. 來這度假屋目的是想用私人泳池，但池水十分污穢，令人不想下水，非常失望 5. 約好屋住退還押金，但遲遲都未出現，還告訴我們會在機場退還，但屋住仍然沒有出現，差點延誤我們上機，他說會過户給我們，但到現在還未收到，不知道是否不想退還，現在都不知道怎樣 6. 每次出入都需乘車，十分不方便”

“There's a lot of negative experience while staying there 1) There's no water supplied when we just moved in, we need to contact them and wait for them to send a water truck to refill the water tank. 2) Electricity has a free of charge quota. there will be additional charge once it hit over the quota. Although it has been stated down in the T&C, but the electricity meter was consuming almost 1 kwh per hour, a quota of 150kwh for 3 days is unreasonable low. We didn't even spend time in the villa……

“門口接待員全程沒有笑容, 在我走的時候, 她們說屋內不見了2隻水杯, 要我們支付2隻水杯的款項, 還說找了很久都找不到, 直到我朋友親自回屋, 她們清潔人員才說找到了, 完全有被屈的感覺”
