"The hotel personnel was definitely a huge plus! Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and helpful! The mall and the food options were only a few minutes walk and the hotel was less than 15 min taxi ride from Fo Guang Shan Museum. The food option at the buffet breakfast was decent, but coffee wasn't very good. "

"Our room was very spacious with an excellent view over the city. The large bath tub was also a treat though the other facilities were a little dated. We also loved the dining room which played a tourist video of the city's activities. However, the breakfast was not of 4 star standard. Some items were not replenished, the coffee machine not regularularly serviced and some hot items were cold and healthy breads not available. More attention to detail is needed."

"We book a room with 2 queen beds. The room is so spacious! It is like a suite, but at the price of a standard room. We love the room. The hotel service is excellent. The breakfast is great. The worker at the breakfast area, Mrs. Chen, is really wonderful. We will come back again!"
