The room is very spacious and everything was well prepared for my baby and my requests were all met. The bathtub didn’t drain well but other than that the room is very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and my baby ate a lot! Especially the blueberry bagel was very yummy after toasting it.

Bring your swim suit and cap. The best pool spas ever. The room is clean, spacious and updated. The shower is heaven. The only disappointment is the breakfast buffet. It was expensive, (I don't remember how much I bought it for, maybe around $15 USD) but it wasn't good at all.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is great that is walkable to the metro station. The only thing didn’t go well was the check in process. we waited in line for at least 20 minutes and someone just cut in. We had to tell the check in person that we have been waiting. They really need to have more check in staff at the front desk.

建物は新しく、部屋もとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。ベッドや水回りの設備も整っており、ハード面に関しては申し分ありませんでした。 一方で、ソフト面では改善の余地を感じました。特にスタッフの多くが英語でのコミュニケーションが難しく、簡単な要望や確認にも時間がかかる場面がありました。また、朝食会場での対応も少し残念…席を離れて料理を取りに行っている間に、まだ使用していたお皿を片付けられてしまうなど、急かされる印象を受けました。料理自体は台湾料理を中心にバリエーション豊かで、味も非常に満足できるものでしたが、サービスとのギャップが惜しまれます。 全体としてはハード面/料理のクオリティは高い一方で、ホスピタリティやサービス教育に改善の余地が大きいと感じました。国際的なブランドホテルとしての期待値を考えると、ぜひ今後に向けて強化されることを期待しています。
