The first expression I had for this hotel was their staff. They were all helpful and super polite! The location is great for transportations, shoppings, and a lot of activities. The only drawback is that the hotel is outdated. The year-old stains inside the bathroom aren’t very pleasant.

環保很重要；但不應該藉機高價出售給忘記攜帶之房客，國外很多飯店會放在一樓大廳旁，供忘記攜帶的旅客取用。 對面工地假日一早就在施工，非常吵雜

地下室停車已滿，但是飯店外圍很近有一塊空地引導我們過去停車ok,四人房房間沒有浴缸，但是有120公分戲水泳池很夠，還有看到一場美人魚表演跟小孩互動很棒，位置絕佳離駁二很近

3月31日から宿泊しました。高雄で大きなイベントがあった関係で多くの人々で賑わっていました。ホテルの立地は申し分ないですが、掃除がやや行き届いていないのが残念でした。バスルームの拡大ミラーが曇っていました。ペットボトルの水や石鹸がないのも仕方ないとは言え、不便です。ただ、サウナとは大浴場もあり、総合的には快適なステイです。

窓から素晴らしい夜景が眺められる素敵なホテル

夜景が見える部屋を予約したので部屋の明かりを消してカーテンを閉めることなく近くに見える音楽堂や大港倉などを眺めて過ごしていました。清潔で広くとても気持ちがいい部屋でした。2025年から台湾全土でホテルのアメニティーサービスが禁止されたので歯ブラシやカミソリなどは全くありません。スリッパと備え付けのシャンプーとボディーソープ、湯沸かしケトルと紅茶コーヒーなどのティーバッグはありました。ペットボトルの水はありませんでしたが同じフロアーに給水器があり冷水から熱湯まで選んで入れることができてボトルよりも便利でした。チェックインの際には一生懸命たどたどしい日本語で説明してくれてこのホテルの暖かさが伝わってきました。 ライトレールＣ１１（音楽堂の駅）から徒歩5分。この駅のホームからホテルが近くに見えます。ホテルの上部に大きく漢字で名前があるのですぐわかります。またＣ１２（Ｋ2倉庫）からは徒歩10分。ゆっくりのんびり倉庫群を見て回りながらオレンジラインとライトレールが交わるＣ１４（はま星駅）まで歩けます。夜がとっても素敵な街でまた来たいと思いました。 ただ一つだけ残念だったのは、ロビーの雰囲気がこの素敵なホテルに見合っていないと思いました。ソファーや花の位置を変えてもう少し高級感を出してもいいんじゃないかと思ってしまいました。ホテルの中に入った瞬間「あら、部屋もこんな感じなのかな」と少しがっかりしてしまったからです。余計な事かもしれませんが人も部屋もよかったのでもったいないと思いました。

Horrible, lack of cleaning and maintenance

Shocking! Cleanliness is not good, dust everywhere. Outdated room and lack of maintenance everywhere. Laundry facility is besides gym, the dryer needed to be clean - do I did it! Wardrobe doors falling and noise. Toilet: door noisy, wc very loud, smells like dampness, ventilation is bad. Towel in bad condition. Won’t be coming again. Shocking!!

サウナ（大浴場）脱衣所の掃除が行き届いていなかった。 宿泊中3度利用しました 大浴場は綺麗でした。が ドライヤー周りや地面に髪の毛がいつも残ってた。 ロビースタッフや部屋の掃除は良かっただけに残念でした
