"We choose to stay here while we were going to Tokyo Disneyland. It was very convenient. The free shuttle service was very prompt and a great addition to the stay both to the Disney parks and to the train station. The staff were very friendly and our room was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. "The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

"Cannot fault the hotel really. After 18 hour flight it was the perfect hotel to check into. Room was small but think that’s standard in Japan. The amenities were great and staff were friendly and welcoming. Only criticism was no iron in the room which meant I had to go down each day to reception to borrow one. "Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."
