"Lovely property. Owners very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The rooms were very well equipped with hair dryer, smellies and tea and coffee etc. staff were happy to help with everything. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. We stayed as we were at a wedding at colshaw hall, which was about 5 miles away. Great location and highly recommended. Thank you to the owners who are fabulous hosts "
