「Front staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extraordinary: the perfect start to your day. Hotel is near the metro and local attractions. The room itself was kind of small but the bed was comfortable and had a modern updated bathroom. I would certainly stay again. 」

「We booked the Lisbon Style Guesthouse but was upgraded to the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise until we noticed the toilet has smell of urine constantly. Sometimes the smell was so strong that I could still smell it when the toilet door was closed. I realised may be the sewage pipe was damaged and leaking. What a shame! Other than that, I'm satisfied for what I paid for... hopefully it's just for room 503 only.」

「Résidence/Hôtel proche de 3 lignes de métro différentes dans un quartier calme. Chambre propre et spacieuse, mais fenêtres qui ne fermaient pas complètement (il faisait froid), mais heureusement 2 couvertures à disposition. L'accueil est fermé derrière une grille, ce qui est assez déconcertant mais personnel agréable et répond très vite par message. L'hôtel est en rénovation, et au 4ème étage le toit est ouvert/en tôle, ne soyez pas surpris ! Bonne expérience au global. 」

「Great location, walking distance to lots places Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Too bad there is no laundry machines on the site, the closest laundromat costs a lot, it costed me 8.5 euros to wash a small load and 5.5 euros to dry the load and couldn’t get totally dried. 」

「The property was very nice, well located near downtown Lisbon and close to a Metro station. It took staff over 24 hours to send access code (since it’s fully automated) and they had to be called in order to see what was going on. Overall, the hotel and service was very good and comfortable and would recommend.」

「Everyone who worked there was lovely, the rooms are decently sized for a boutique hotel. Very clean. Breakfast with the pianist was amazing- Only small flaw is the elevator is tiny and take time otherwise highly recommend and look forward to coming here again :) thank you guys for a lovely stay. 」

「Great location next to tram 28 and metro station green line, but a bit of hilly road to get there. Lift is a bit old and I got trapped in the lift one day. Room and bathroom are spacious and kitchen is available.」

「Die Unterkunft liegt unterhalb des Castelo de S.Jorge und ist mit den Trams 12 und 28 und dem Bus 737 zu erreichen. Zu Fuß geht es nur bergauf und mit Koffer fast unmöglich, das war mir so bei Buchung nicht bewusst, war aber ok. Ich hatte ein Zimmer, das nach hinten ging. Lärm bei den Zimmern zur Straße könnte ich mir vorstellen, da die Straße sehr frequentiert ist. Das Zimmer war klein (war ja auch nur für mich), zweckmäßig und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem! Gewünscht hätte ich mir mehr...

「要先確認電梯入口處作為下車地點的選擇，我們下車的那一面入口沒有電梯，所以行李搬運會很不方便。另外從機場要搭計程車過來的話，要小心私家車會敲詐，建議使用Bolt,或是問問看飯店可不可以幫忙叫車，機場過來正常車費大約25歐元，我們不小心搭了黑車，所以被收費50歐元，這點需要注意。飯店本身住宿環境還可以只是由於是有歷史的木造樓房改造，所以樓上的腳步聲很吵，幸好晚上11:00以後聲音比較少，如果遇到夜趴的那可就不舒服了，以上請參考～」

「Location is great, near to metro station and center. There is a nice place to have coffee not far from the place, just 5 min, as well as supermarket. The only minus - there is no elevator.」

「This one of the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in the past. The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent. Parking is also available by paying daily basis, which is very convenient if you could not find the street parking. It is also very close to the city center, which around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is also a convenient store close by (200m away), which you can get some snack, drinks and etc. Very recommended if you are traveling with family or business.」
