"We’ve stayed here many times and we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Nice TV also. Only downside was the shower head was mounted too close to the wall and you basically had to lean against the wall to get access to the water. It appeared to be a removable shower head but we couldn’t pull it off the bracket and we were afraid it would break. We tried to turn the shower head but it wouldn’t stay. "Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...

"It was a great place to stay the night before our flight from JFK. The hotel has a shuttle which runs every 30mins. We were able to use it after we dropped our hire car back to the airport. Then again on the day of our flights. We were able to have a late checkout at no extra cost which made things more comfortable for us. We are in the restaurant and the burger was amazing. "

Al lado hay un hotel llamado Ozone Inn, al parecer movieron la reserva para ese hotel, pero no informaron sobre ello. Lo supe cuando fui a ver si quedaban habitaciones y la persona que me atendió me dice que tengo reserva. Realmente fue estresante y frustrante.
