"It was a great location and things are accessible."

"Coffee was too expensive. The beds are hard. The service at the bar and front desk was top notch. The staff checked in with us. They did fail to assign my family rooms together per requested. Hotel was clean, staff were so friendly. Close to the airport. No walkable areas of interest. Free breakfast should be included with such a larger tax price. No discount or free handicap parking. "

" Garden City Hotel is everything you can possibly want in a hotel, its the "Plaza Hotel of Long Island". There is no other hotel like it on Long Island. The Front desk staff is amazing, the restaurants are above par. The Pool and gym are great and the Valets are knowledgeable and always willing to help. The only fallback is the hours of room service and the maid service. During my stay, there were a few days they never got to my room, and when they did it was after 5:00pm. Overall a fabulous hotel"
