"Considering it is a brand new hotel, I was not exceptionally impressed with the cleanliness. Room service was OK, but expensive. The morning shuttle service to the airport seems somewhat chaotic."

"Very clean, decent space. Clean bathroom. Good value, good staff. Was a bit noisy however, rooms are definitely not sound proof if thats important to you. Was in the room at the end of the hall, I think near the cleaning supplies closet and heard the door slamming all morning very loud. Disturbed by sleep quite a bit. If you are a light sleeper make sure to ask for a room not near this closet."

"Hotel overall was nice. The attendants were nice as well. Stayed on a non smoking floor and room smelled good. Hallway did have a bit of a stench to it. Creaky floors and thin walls. Some damage to furniture and shower head upon arrival but nothing that impacted our stay! "

"The hotel is located close to the subway and there is a Trader Joe’s about two blocks away.The staff is helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I really slept well on the bed. They have breakfast every morning which is a plus. The breakfast is eggs, potatoes, pancakes, bacon or sausage, toast, etc. The coffee is really good. I had a room with a view of the Queens Bridge. They have a rooftop with a nice view of Manhattan. The roof could use some comfortable chairs and maybe string...

"Outside could be cleaner, staff was efficient. Room needed basic maintenance example loose shower bars. Part of the shower didn’t work. Design of room is great. Would stay there again."
