I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was not clean when I arrived — there were noticeable stains, dust, and an overall lack of attention to detail. The bathroom was especially concerning, with poor sanitation and worn fixtures. The noise level was also unacceptable, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the staff was not very helpful when I brought up these concerns, which made the experience even more frustrating. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

The check staff was great. The bathroom is a bit dated and the light in the room didn't work. That's something that shouldn't and couldn't have been missed. We ended up calling the front desk to bring a lamp because we had to get ready for an event. The front desk agrees and as I'm in the shower the maintenance men come. My friend opens the door expecting a lamp and it's two men saying they are coming to fix the light. Because I am in the nude, I have to just wait in the restroom until they're finished. We were told 3-5 minutes, and it took about 20+ minutes. They were turning the breakers off and I'm just in the bathroom standing there in the pitch-black dark. We call the desk to ask why'd they say yes to a lamp and not notify us men were coming to the room. I would've waited to shower. I think it was negligent on the maid team because that's something worth mentioning! Also, rude because when we asked why we weren't notified men would be coming to the room the person on the phone goes well did they ask to come in? HUH? They said maintenance we are here to fix the light....As women things like this is just frustrating and being that the person on the phone was a woman you'd think she'd understand why we were frustrated. Also, the parking was listed as $42 a day and when I checked in it was $52. They didn't have anything online stating the price difference in cars vs. SUVs. Great location, comfy bed, great valet. But that situation was irritating.

The room was so cold. It is winter in New York and for some reason the Aircon was on when I came into the room. I realised later in the night that the window had also been left open a crack, so the room was freezing cold. It was also incredibly noisy - I could hear cars honking all through the night. The hotel was lovely for solo traveler, altho I was there few days and found minor issues, the plugs in the room were faulty altho was reported but nothing done. 1 time the hotel ran out of towels and it took me 3 attempts to get. The hotel was in perfect location to Atlanta terminal, which is good if you’re coming from the airport, and perfect for downtown Brooklyn. The swimming pool was dirty and the life guards kept disappearing. If your planning to stay here, please book you will like it.

The sauna and steam room were not working which was my primary reason for booking. The pool had no towels—thankfully the friendly housekeepers came to my rescue. There are very specific hours for the pool as well which should be known prior to booking since it excludes the entire middle seven hours of the day during the week. The gym was just meh—could use a few more pieces of equipment. I left feeling like I wasted my money since I could’ve just stayed home.

The bathroom was not cleaned that well. There was black stuff on the corners and hairs. Our neighbors were very noisy slamming the door in and out all night to the point we couldn’t sleep. The elevator was super slow and there was only one.

Wonderful room, very comfortable. Amenities were great which included steam room, sauna and whirl pool hot tub. Laundry was an extra bonus. Went home with clean clothes. Breakfast has a variety of choices land very tasty.

Stained sheets, discolored water from shower head. Light skin tones make at the front counter with the pink star ontop his head has way too much attitude, like the customer is to blame fo him hating his job or forcing him to keep it.
