"This was our second stay at The Cumberland, excellent as before! We book a family room number 7, it’s very quiet with a rear view over the town, spacious, light and very cosy. I normally don’t pay a particular attention to toiletries but they are so good at The Cumberland so I had to google and order for my home. Hosts are wonderful, breakfast yummy and central location. They provide parking permit if you can find a spot near the hotel. We’ll be back!"

"Very nice place to visit, warm and stylish with wonderful food and service. Place where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful countryside life. Cottage room are very nice with own fire plce and comfy bed but smells old and damp would be nice to have some better ventilation there. Same as swimming pool and jacuzzi nice pool but very shallow, once you in jacuzzi is hard to breathe due to chlorine and bad ventilation. Pet friendly but if you with a pet you have only option to stay in the cottage...

"People running the place are very friendly and graciously invite you into their home. Rooms are good size, clean with ensuite and TV. Breakfasts were very tasty and there is resident off road parking. Location is quiet for the most part and only 15 mins to Lulworth Castle or Lulworth Cove or if you prefer The Tank Museum is close. What’s not to like 😊👍"
