“We drove up to very welcoming two story tri-plex with an 8 car parkway ! Open the front door with the code provided and was pleased to see a large game room with a commercial Air Hockey table, pool table , and an Old fashion Arcade for two players ! Once we walked through the game room it opened up to a beautiful outside tiki bar, gazebo and a refreshing pool! They have everything you need for beach , and for your stay !! The apartments are all connected and gives you your personal space yet……

“We came into town for a wedding in Cocoa Beach and we’re so fortunate to have found the perfect place to stay. This house is surrounded by all the conveniences you need and was clean and well appointed. We had the best time with all the amenities, kayaking, fishing, sunbathing, and we saw tons of sea life, We were able to to communicate with the hosts easily, which made our stay very comfortable. The condition had gone out before we got there and they had it fixed within an hour of us notifying……

“Family and I stayed prior to going on cruise. The location of the house is close to a lot of things even within walking distance so we found it convenient. The house was well kept and clean and Steven was convenient and helpful in assisting us with checking in. The beach was nice and walking there and back to the house for lunch made it worth the while.”

“The pool had debris in the bottom of the pool that needed cleaning. I grabbed the net to try to get some of it out but the net had a hole in it. I only went in the pool once. The sink in the main bathroom drains very slowly. Should be addressed before it is totally clogged up.”

“We loved this place! Located in a cute residential neighborhood, the house had plenty of room for our family of six. It is an easy walk to the beach with traffic lights to cross the busy streets and is right by the fun downtown of Cocoa Beach. The large backyard with the canal and kayaks is a wonderful bonus.
