"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

"Cannot fault the hotel really. After 18 hour flight it was the perfect hotel to check into. Room was small but think that’s standard in Japan. The amenities were great and staff were friendly and welcoming. Only criticism was no iron in the room which meant I had to go down each day to reception to borrow one. You put your shoes in a locker, turn the key in for a locker key, which has your robe and a towel. The capsules are a bit warm, bt the common areas are pretty good temp. Bathrooms were clean when I was there. They have Crocs at the door if you're afraid to touch the bathroom floor."

"Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."

"I stayed at the Royal Park Hotel and loved it. It's conveniently located on Terminal 3 at the Haneda Airport which made it great for catching my flight the next evening. They allowed for a late checkout which was great for my flight leaving at 9pm. The room was very clean and had everything i could want, including amenities. The staff were very nice and helpful. They had great amenities and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The selection was really good and everything I tried tasted wonderful. Having stores located nearby was also perfect for last minute shopping. Thank you for the great hospitality!!"
