"We had a great time at this hotel. The location was great and all the services were great. Our room was very nice and clean. The hotel had a complimentary happy hour which we very much enjoyed. All the rooms also had record players and records which was a fun detail "

"The property is great, close to multiple transit lines so you can easily walk or hop on a bus/train. Just a bit of warning, there’s a bit of homelessness in the area, however it’s better than other parts of the city where there are more hotels. I had no issues walking around alone, though avoided it at night. Room was decent sized, was a bit hard to move my suitcase around in, but manageable—I had booked a queen but was upgraded to a king upon arrival. The amenities are nice, a bit overpriced...

"They give you coffee and free water in the lobby. Keurig in the room. The breakfast was great, very complete, and many options. Very close to Fisherman’s Wharf."

"I Liked everything except the bathroom area in the room. Need bathroom for senior especially the commode too low to floor and in the middle of vanity. Otherwise the hotel was clean staff friendly very convenient to attractions."

"Very nice breakfast, best breakfast I ever had in a hotel. (buffet breakfast has so many items its hard to count). Very nice hotel, best location, beautiful lobby and fire tables outside, helpful staff. Parking is expensive at $60 per day."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Going in we knew the bathrooms were separate from the rooms so that was expected. I did not expect the cleanliness of them! I enjoyed the room provided and how accessible the hotel was to down town and parking. The room was right above the Italian restaurant downstairs and it was magical relaxing and listening to the live music. The bed was comfortable and perfect for 2. I would recommend bringing a robe or bathroom outfit for the early morning or...

"Had a great stay at Hotel Zephyr with my wife and 8 year old daughter. Very family friendly hotel with lovely outdoor are with fire pits and roasting s’mores. Close to Fisherman’s Wharf & some cool restaurants. Buena Vista Cafe is a must further down the road. Hotel was clean & staff friendly. Would certainly return."
