"It was a good experience. The hotel is very nice,very clean and the staff were great. The ONLY downside was a damaged chair that could have been a safety issue. The staff were notified and very receptive. I'm 100% confident the issue was addressed. I highly recommend this hotel. It's also on the historic Route 66. Several nice classic restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes. "

"Room was nice windows are thin so you can hear the traffic outside and there was no black out curtain so in the morning the sun surely will wake you up "

"The hotel is nice and we always enjoy our stay. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The rooms could use an upgrade and it would be nice if there was a spa. "

"Hotel needs a renovation. The water pressure on the sixth floor bathroom could have been better. Not a fan of sliding glass door to bathroom. Bed was comfy and room was large enough. The coffee in the rooms is weak.The staff was very helpful."
