「Had a cancellation with our flight due to weather conditions. And Expedia was giving me a hard time changing the dates to our hotel stay. And the director of the hotel helped me change the dates He spent 30 minutes on the phone with Expedia. I really appreciated that. I recommend that they shampoo the carpets in the halls. 「I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. 」

「The area was very noisy at night the loudest disruption from 12am to 3:30am every night during my stay. Terrible!
