We received a "Sanitation" kit which included masks, sanitizer, gloves, etc for our use. Home cooked breakfast was delightful and better than you would get at any diner in the area (we know, we've been to most of them). The rooms were immaculate, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was almost spa-like with the standalone bathtub and night light mood...

"Our group of four stayed here for our alumni class reunion. The pricing was much better than hotels for the weekend and it was great to be able to stay together as a group. The check-in process was so easy, and there are plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and things for a comfortable stay. I appreciated that the bathroom was stocked with a hair dryer and body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There are also a lot of comfortable chairs around the place. The 70s decor is kitschy in the best way...

"The house is lovely. Brian was an excellent and attentive host. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was recently remodeled. There were snacks and wine, tea, and water available in the evening. Because the room I was in did not have an en suite bathroom (although the bathroom was private), bathrobes were provided. I understand that most rooms in the house have en suite bathrooms. Limited parallel parking was available on the street at night; daytime parking was limited to 2 hours from 9 am...

"So charming, both the hotel and the host. Steps from all the restaurants and canal footpath as well as the station. Breakfasts are incredible! Fireplace in the room. Clean and comfy!"

"This is a fantastic property. It was absolutely pristine inside. We had a two bedroom plus pull.out couch,and it worked beautifully for us. It's walkable to Broad Street, and Rittenhouse square, shopping. Everybody who worked there was as kind as could be. But really we didn't even need to interact because our codes worked, and we were in and out as much as we needed to be.
