On arrival despite a panic alarm having been sounded elsewhere in the property the staff member was calm, professional and friendly throughout. Breakfast is hot and superb with a wide variety. Dinner is excellent with different choices each evening. Often good English food, such as Hake, Turkey and roast vegetables etc. The starter choices are good and the startersoups are very tasty indeed. The puddings are splendid. " No kettle in room or water in fridge. A kettle was delivered eventually. The pool area was looking like it needed updating, quite shabby, fixtures & fittings. The hair bobble on the key for the padlock, for the lockers, was not the best look, for a Hilton hotel. Room was very basic for the money. Staff were friendly & polite. "
