「Good location. The room is quite big but the light is a bit dark, sometime the toliet is a bit dirty. 」

「Thought place was impressively clean. Had all the comforts one would want or expect. Living room was very comfortable. The woodwork made the home very inviting. Big driveway was good. 5 minute ride to subway station was important as well. Was very fortunate to meet the owner(Mark) as we pulled into the driveway. He gave a quick rundown of a few items including some restaurants ideas. It was very clear to me that the owner has spent a lot of time and money on making it a great place to stay.」

「This is a beautiful old flat (very large) in a lovey neighborhood of Boston 5 minutes from Deli, Restaurants, etc Great walking area. We enjoyed this home for a winter pre-thanksgiving gathering with our son .It was idea and lovely. Thank you to wonderful hosts who were so responsive. With appreciation, The Bridges」

「Great location! So close to public transportation. Property very clean. Note: stairs are very steep for any renter with mobility issues. I could not find a blow dryer (usually available in other properties we have rented). Also could use a few more pillows for those of us that like to use 2 pillows to sleep.」

「This is a nice property for a big group. Clean. Basic supplies. Few items like hangers were missed, but Jennifer replaced them promptly. No coffee maker but a kennel machine. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is raking unsafe. Also, it is 20 min from any major attraction. 」

「Everything from check in to check out was easy! The location is excellent, close to RT 1. Lovely simplistic decor. Meticulously clean. Very comfortable beds . Gorgeous landscaping. We had a dog with us and walking him was easy in the neighborhood. Close to breakheart reservation for a nature walk. Great home away from home! Would definitely stay again.」

「Some of the windows blinds are broken, kitchen cabinets drawers don't open or close properly, and the kitchen stove fan handle is broken. The apartment doesn't have any iron , i communicate with the agent she directed me to fewer places to look for it and after that, she never got back to me. Overall, i enjoyed staying with the family. i had a great time.」

「We were 10 mins walk from where our new grand daughter lives. Just enough room, nice yard to hang out - excellent communication with owners.」

「The room is an efficiency apartment in a quiet street located a 5 minute walk from the main road which has coffee shops, Metro line, stores, restaurants and grocery stores. The room had all the utensils for basic cooking, a big comfortable bed and large shower. The hosts answered all queries within a very short time and were extremely helpful and patient.」

「Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.」
