"Cannot fault the hotel really. After 18 hour flight it was the perfect hotel to check into. Room was small but think that’s standard in Japan. The amenities were great and staff were friendly and welcoming. Only criticism was no iron in the room which meant I had to go down each day to reception to borrow one. Apart from that I would stay here again."

"For the money, this place is more than adequate for the capsule experience. It's no-frills for sure. No shoes allowed. You put your shoes in a locker, turn the key in for a locker key, which has your robe and a towel. The capsules are a bit warm, bt the common areas are pretty good temp. Bathrooms were clean when I was there. They have Crocs at the door if you're afraid to touch the bathroom floor."

"Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."
