"Lovely stay "

"Perfect in almost every way, i was charged twice for the deposit plus parking fees and I was told the hold would come off one of the charges but It still came out my account. I checked out over 24hrs ago and still no refund so I had to dispute with my bank"

"The property was well maintained for as many quests as they serve daily. Our room had a few spots where the paint rubbed off the walls from previous guests having furniture against the walls. However it was clean and the beds were tolerable. At one point in our stay the toliet was clogged and they had no plunger in the bathroom. So maintenance was called and the enployee could not unclog it via plunger so he ended up coming back with a snake and was able to unvlog it. The Breakfast was possibly the best free breakfast I have ever had from a hotel. It is served cafeteria style so it made things more efficient. Overall I now know why guests come back year after year. The Dayton House is worth revisiting. "

"Loved everything super clean.... only complaint is you cant really swim on the beach. There is a retaining wall to keep it from washing away not really any place to go swimming... however the do have 3 pools to make up for it "

"We enjoyed our stay. The parking pass made it easy to park. We enjoyed the partial oceanview from the room. There was a snack machine down the hall for the grandbaby to get her snacks. Check in and out was very simple. Complimentary coffee was great. Places were in walking distance as well as easy to drive to anything. "
