"We are locals who stayed for a staycation for my birthday. Everything about Charleston Place is five star but the thing that sets this hotel apart is the service. Charleston is a friendly and polite city and everyone we encountered at the hotel was very professional but also warm and friendly. True Charleston hospitality. The restaurant is superb and the spa is great."

"I had a wonderful time. Very beautiful place. Bar outside. Bar inside. They had activities everyday. Is hot tub inside. Room was clean. Food was excellent.. The drinks at the bar were Overprised. But if you can afford to drink or two they had it. I'm coming back very soon.I love that place. Restaurant everywhere by the hotel. Some in walking distance. "Overall we liked the property and our stay. Our room was nicely appointed. We would stay again. Housekeeping was training new staff and there were a few minor hiccups but things were ultimately taken care of. The area is great with lots of restaurants to choose from. The hotel offers a free shuttle service within 3 miles of the property. "
