"What a wonderful stay at The Breakers! Not only is it beautiful and super clean, every single staff member we encountered was polite, friendly and eager to help. I want to give a special thanks to Carina. She helped me change my reservation prior to arriving at the resort. She just so happened to be working at the check-in desk when we arrived and she remembered speaking to me over the phone earlier in the week. Then, when we returned to our room in the evening, she had sent us a sweet note and...

"The pool is extremely small. There were not enough lounge chairs for all the people that wanted to lay by the pool. And no music, it felt very blah and no energy. "

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are pretty comfortable. Staff at front desk was very friendly too. Beach is great and everyone very kind although service takes longer than one would expect. Just a side note, there's some signs of humidity in the rooms and in the ceiling of the lobby that are not really expect for a hotel in this segment. Pool is awesome! "
