“Clean,quiet,affordable”

“Hotel was fine - clean, well lit, etc. Staff was friendly but maybe a little forgetful. (Can happen to anyone, of course.)”

She got us a room near the lobby so us elders did not have far to walk. (Note this hotel has an unusual layout and some rooms are a llooonnngg way from the front desk, the elevator, breakfast.) The QI brand is our choice for budget hotels, much more consistently clean and well-run than any other budget line we have tried.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at this hotel was unacceptable. We booked through Expedia for the Fourth of July weekend and expected a clean, comfortable room. Instead, we walked into a room that clearly had not been cleaned properly. There were dead bugs on the shower ceiling, crumbs and trash on the floor, including someone else's receipt, what appeared to be blood on the bed sheets, a leaking shower, and what appeared to be fecal matter near the toilet. These are not minor……

“The first room I was given had a LARGE spider that greated me in the bathroom! I requested another room and thankfully was given one. The convenience store area at the front desk needs replenished and maintained. The most disappointing was the free "breakfast." The buffet was very slim. Few choices. No pastries or waffles - but for some reason waffle syrup and strawberry topping were available! Scrambled eggs, steamed patty sausage and a few hard/dry biscuits. Juice was watered down and only……

“The front desk service was exceptional. I believe her name was June. Very friendly and helpful with all our questions and issues. We stayed there 2 separate days on our vacation. On the way down to Florida and on the way back home . Would stay again.”

“The room was very humid despite all of our attempts to dry it out. There is no fan in the bathroom for humidity. The moisture made all metals corrode and it was just uncomfortable. Not good for asthmatics.”

“The staff was helpful and friendly! The water was nice and hot with great water pressure! I only gave you four stars because the coffee on 2 days was like water. And the bathroom needed a deep scrubbing. (Some dirt was ground into the floor, doors and walls)! But it was a reasonable price and overall an excellent stay!”
