“The room smelt like mold!! Staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful!! I was forced to leave after the fist night after breathing the MOLD and mildew! Fell sick after ....Terrible and worse place. “I travel to Leticia every two to three months, I am not a tourist. I think this place takes it for granted that tourists will want to stay in an eco friendly place. But there is a big difference between eco friendly and good maintenance. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. In the middle of the night the water turned off and I couldn’t flush the toilet. “The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken……

“The property did not have electricity. And when I booked it that detail wasn’t in the description of the cabin , I had a very bad trip because of that , at least should say no WiFi no electricity, I took my kids and was very very horrible and disappointed ! ”
