「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」

「Loved the proximity to the water activities & marine wildlife. Very disappointed with the 1 Bedroom Beachside Villa. It was bland, expensive, with no decor. We didn't expect a bathroom to be for people with disabilities & it was slippery & dangerous! Meal offerings were minimal, inexpertly prepared & overpriced. We booked a 5 night stay. 2 or 3 at most would be enough.」
