「The lady at the front desk was totally incompetent and had no idea what she was doing both at check-in and checkout. No third floor rooms available secondary to water leaking issues from Rain. No hair conditioner in shower. Shower, dirty, and grimy. Nasty stains on bedspread.」

「We checked in and went to our room and within 10 minutes, noticed a bed bug on the sheets! We did not stay. The front desk staff did not agree that it was a bed bug, but noted that we did not stay. I contacted Expedia and sent them a picture of the bed bug and they credited my credit card immediately.」
