「Staff at the desk were very friendly and placed us in a room away from a softball team in town for a tournament! Housekeeping kept taking towels and not replacing them which was more annoying than anything. Sink in our room wouldn't drain, even after we brought to their attention and it was "fixed." 「I had a great short trip at the Holiday Inn Express in Port Huron. There was a last minute change to our reservation, and the lovely front desk associate was able to adjust our room and give us a beautiful view of the river. The hotel was recently renovated and very clean. There were little amenities in the bathroom, but very easily accessible if you call down to the front desk. Breakfast was very standard - not the best continental I've had but it was sufficient. I would stay here again!」

It was very expensive to us for our purpose of being close to the family home in Croswell at the time of the funeral of my husband father. No breakfast options at all made it difficult. And no microwave to go with the mini fridge. I was certain there was one on the list.
