Viene indicato come dopo il web checkin si dovrebbe ricevere una mail con il codice per accedere alla struttura quando questo codice non é mai arrivato (sulla piattaforma del webcheckin parla di codice camera non codice per ingresso struttura e questo potrebbe essere fuorviante). La pulsantiera per aprire la porta dell’hotel poi non é delle più intuitive. Passando alla camera, grande spaziosa e ben rifinita; unico problemino essendo al piano terra...

「酒店鄰近火車和地鐵站，交通非常方便，附近環境也寧靜。房間裝修新凈，唯獨缺少熱水煲。清潔方面需要加強，因有頭髮遺留在地上。但前台的接待很好。」

「I come from Hong Kong and stayed there 4 nights. Hotel is clean, good wifi and delicious breakfast. It take 15 mins from hotel to Metro . The girl name " LUMI LUMINITA " is a very nice and helpful person.」

「The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which...

「Amazing hotel with a modern refurbished look. Our room was a standard double but still very spacious with all the amenities you need. Great staff who were all friendly. Lovely continental breakfast with a few hot food elements. The Skybar/restaurant was brilliant too. One thing to note is that a map will tell you you’re only 7 miles away from the city center, but in busy traffic it did take 50+ minutes.」

「Overall experience was fine. The room has some water leaking from the roof, i think that came from the air conditioner, so the carpet was wet all the time. My room was on the 2nd floor, close to the street, so it's a little noisy during the day time.」

「Hotel was ok it was clean. The breakfast was basic not alot to chose from..the fridge in the room was not working. Hotel locations was not ideal. Its on the one way road and we have to drove far to get the turned back..」
