「Best location in Cartago for a hotel. Beds are not Marriott but they are clean and rooms are big enough for 3-4 people. The restaurant is good and not very expensive. The breakfast is nice and when they have the outdoor breakfast bar is probably my favorite experience of this hotel. If you’re going to be in Cartago, this is the best place to say. Very reasonably priced. Most of the staff is bilingual in Spanish and English.」

「Hôtel à éviter, attente de 10mn devant le portail fermé sans sonnette à l'arrivée, accueil quasi clandestin par une gardienne femme de ménage ne parlant que l'espagnol et pas prévenue de notre arrivée alors que j'avais réservé depuis des semaines, essayant de me passer au téléphone la patronne me raccrochant au nez à plusieurs reprises, pas d'enregistrement d'arrivée, aucun autre personnel, aucune prestation autre qu'un médiocre petit déjeuner, aucune boisson disponible, bar et piscine fermées,...

「Es un excelente punto para ir a descansar en pareja, y hacer rutas donde vimos hongos preciosos, flora y el río bellísimo. Además cerca hay restaurantes y viveros muy buenos. En la habitación, tal vez lo que hace falta son más alfombras o una grande. Otra cosa importante para los turistas es si hay adultos mayores o alguna discapacidad que pidan hospedaje cerca de la recepción.」

「Nos hospedamos 2 noches. No nos fijamos q la habitación q reservamos no incluía aire acondicionado y la verdad nos hizo mucha falta, pensamos que por el precio era obvio que lo tendría. En la segunda noche nos trajeron un segundo abanico. La ducha estaba fallando porque el agua salía hirviendo o congelada y para que llegara a caliente demoraba muchísimo. Cuando intentabamos ponerla tibia teníamos q mover la llave de un lado para el otro para regularla. Si quieren una ducha relajante aquí no es....

「Location was perfect for spotting birds and doing short (10-30 minutes) drives to other good birding locations. We booked the room with balcony. The room was clean and the bed was good. Patrica is the lady that manages everything. She also cooked great meals for us. So please order the lunch and dinner also there. We are very happy and enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommended!」

Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass wir kein Wasser hatten! Auf unsere Nachfrage sagte man uns, dass dies zur Zeit wegen der Straßen Bauarbeiten erst wieder am späten Nachmittag verfügbar sei!
