「bathtub was jammed」

「It’s very good 」

「Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended.」

「staff is rude in phone. The other are very good. staff is rude in phone. The other are very good. staff is rude in phone. The other are very good.」
