「Not sure we had air for a while at night it got a bit uncomfortable. The place was a bit warm when we got there and the closets smelled moldy. It was unlucky that we could not swim in the beach but I am not sure you can swim on that beach any time or just that day. Service was not up to par in the front desk.」

「Staff is amazing. Got a room in third floor, thw noise was impossible for sleeping, couldn't sleep a bit. Third floor and no elevator but amazing staff to help. You must let them know in advance what you want for breakfast and time to get it to your room.」

「The check in was smooth, however we did it at the site as they didn’t answer through Expedia. We rented the room because they said it had a king bed and a sofa bed and slept 5 people. We only had is a couple and our two sons, and the sofa bed wasn’t a proper sofa bed, it would only work if you were under 140 cm. I messaged when I was there and got no response. We have stayed at grand marina many times and booked with their agency. We will not book with this one again!」
