「very good」

「Good without complaints」

「Margaret was incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on how to navigate the city and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants. The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was very spacious, the couch was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. After a full day of walking around Dover, this was a very special retreat. The views are just amazing. We will plan a trip to spend more time with Margaret.」

「The room was large and mostly very clean except there was a chunk of something on the floor and an old food tub both under the desk. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was very quiet my first night and the following night I was able to feel a door slam somewhere while laying in bed. It seemed like it was a door from the floor beneath but it felt like it rattled the whole wall behind the bed.」

「Small & nice」

「Hotel was unique in that its sits into a hillside off by itself. Its a nice stay but a big negative was that the elevator was not working so had to go up 3 flights of stairs with luggage. The hotel staff were all very friendly.」
