Friendly reception staff but reception closes at 6.00pm, so later arrivals collect key from box and dont meet hotel staff until the following day. When we grabbed our suitcases, they never verified and checked whether the suitcases really belonged to us. Seems like people could have taken/stolen other suitcases easily. One of the staff was also quite rude, never greeted us and asked us how our stay was. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Despite the hotel being 4 stars, the service is more or less 2……

“The room is clean, spacious and well-designed. We chose a room with a bathtub. The hotel is located right beside a gate of the Schonbrunn Palace. The neighborhood is a vibrant area full of shopping stores and restaurant. Overall, excellent! I would love to stay here again. ”

“Clean and tidy rooms.”

“Close to the Central Train Station.”

“Nice location. The room is nice and clean.”
