「The hotel itself is beautiful, but frankly bizarre. Reception staff are very helpful and recommended a great guide. The restaurant is worth missing - average food and slow service. Ordering is done via menus on about 3 different QR codes, which is a nightmare with kids when trying to have a screen free dinner. Breakfast was included but we weren’t allowed to order off a menu - just presented with a very stodgy muffin with sprinkles, small plate of melon and papaya and some very undercooked eggs...

「The hotel is nice, room is comfortable & spacious, food is nice & portion is good for a grown man. But you better check-in before visiting the Mayan ruins, as all the hotels in this zone are 10 minutes walk to second entrance, not main entrance and all the buses are at main entrance too. From main entrance to the hotel, you have to take 80 peso taxi. Moreover, there is no other restaurant around this area, so you must spend 350 peso per head to enjoy the dinner & breakfast. Overall the hotel...

「This hotel is very close to Chichen Itza. The food was very good at the restaurant.」

「We loved this place. Our host was super entertaining and the breakfast he made us each morning was sensational. We loved the jungle garden setting (toucans in the trees!)」

「酒店跟奇琴依察的天然井景點很近，步行過對面馬路就是入口，很方便。酒店有一小泳池，不錯說，房間寬敞，淋浴也好。」

「Immaculately clean, very new TV, AC and bathroom fixture. Got a great night's sleep each time I was there. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Piste's small tourist eateries, taco stands and food stalls geared for locals very short walk away. This is the ideal stay for someone visiting Chichen who wants to experience small-town Mexico as part of the trip. I come often to visit friends, and this will be my new local go-to.」

「Personal atento, servicial y flexible. Recomendación totalmente el lugar」

「The check in was at 3pm but the door was locked when I arrived. Someone showed up at 4pm and never apologiged. The room was clean and quiet. 」
