“Great property.”

“I wouldn’t say this is a 5star hotel, it’s more like a 3. The actual grounds is what make it beautiful, the palm trees and ambiance. The rooms are outdated and smell funny sometimes like a sewer. Our phone in the room never worked and I brought it up to reception and nothing was done. So we couldn’t order room service or God forbid a call if we had an emergency. Towels were scarce and I had to go to reception to get my own as well as toilet paper. The food was nothing sort of amazing, not many……

“Excelente Hotel paz Personal excelente muy profesional. Lo he recomendado a varias perosnas”

“I like everything”

Very poor service; the stove broke, the water heater broke, and the owners just disappeared—they didn’t resolve anything or fix any of it. The owners live right on the premises, yet they fail to……

“Clean room, excellent staff service, good breakfast and Beautiful ocean view.”

Somos……

“DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! We arrived to the property and had to hunt someone all the way to the back of the property to be checked in. The room smelled like old, the bathrooms not property clean, spider webs on the walls. Disgusting! We were told the breakfast is served between 7:00Am to 10:00AM, we went to the breakfast room and no one was there, no employee around at all. Reception was alone all the time. We left without a proper checkout, left the key at the desk good bye!”

“staff helpful, attentive, excellent breakfast beautiful view”
