「Excellent hotel,a big plus was that most of the staff speak both Spanish and English. Clean, well appointed rooms and restaurant on site was a great bonus. Also the hotel is within easy walking distance of several restaurants and shops.」

「They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!」

「Gorgeous and unique property close to the Poas Nacional Park. The views were breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed in the Junior Dome and had a relaxing and zen like stay. The property was very cute and quiet in June. There was a nearby dog barking nonstop from a neighbor but not much you can do about that.」

「The place was great! The room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The air conditioning was a huge plus. I would not recommend the food at the restaurant, however. It is overpriced and bland. But the property grounds were beautiful and the staff were kind and helpful.」

Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good. We love staying in this place and know that the staff takes great pride in keeping the natural beauty of Costa Rica, and providing excellent service.」

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and water pressure in the shower was great! We would stay again.」
