Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. The room had a deck overlooking the ocean and it was peaceful and serene. Pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price!”

What I didn’t like was the fact that to get there, the drive up to the house was very steep and if you don’t know how to handle the drive, it’s problematic. “Barbara was an excellent host, the property and surrounding area are quite peaceful, while only being a short drive from the main road. Winifred Beach (perhaps one of the best beaches in the island, keep it public) is about a 7 minute drive down a (pretty bad) side road a couple blocks over. The room was great for what I needed, a place to relax and sleep after a long day of driving. There wasn't an AC but it was cool enough that the fan was more than sufficient. “We booked this 8 months in advance and was counting down the day's to get informed at check in the infinity pool is not working, we had no hot water at Queen of Sheba Hut and electricity problems too. Really disappointed. ”
